Setup

Prior to the first time using your Hip Extension Bench, it is important that you check to have all of the required equipment and that it has been delivered successfully without damage.

Download DewesoftX 2024 (64-bit offline installer) into a “Metrics installation files” folder and follow MonoDAQ Quick Start Guide steps 1–2.

Download "RFD" and "Force" files from the “Software Configuration Files” email and save them in a master folder named “Metrics configuration files”.

Open Metrics software, load configuration files under "Measure" > "Setup files," set defaults, and access training data. Save "Force" and "RFD" outputs in a shared "Metrics data files" folder.
